• We highly recommend that you come tour Lightbox in person before booking. You can inquire about a tour here.

• Non-profit organizations: please fill out a contact form prior to booking. We will send you a direct booking link with the tax deducted.

• If you plan on reserving Lightbox outside of our business hours, to reserve the entire space, or to reserve an event please fill out a contact form. We will send you a direct booking link.

• Fall Sets are now available in the Loft and Edison through October 28th, 2025.

• CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY SETS will be available beginning November 1, 2025-December 22, 2025.

• Please note- THE OFF WHITE COUCH IN THE EDISON HAS BEEN REMOVED as of MARCH 2025.

Cancellation policy: We do not offer refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling fees vary and may apply when rescheduling your reservation. If you plan to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that a new time and date is selected within 48 hours of your original reservation time. Please note that rescheduling will be based upon the availability of Lightbox.
